after this little problem I have with the LCD monitor on the computer I'm using.
Here's the thing, the colors of the artwork I make on the LCD becomes really dark when I view it on my CRT monitor. Does this have anything to do with the calibration of the LCD one? If so, can anyone here recommend any good calibration tool for LCD
monitors? My monitor is seriously messing up the colours on my works. It would be great if you can offer tips on how to adjust the colour settings of the monitor as well. (Gamma/brightness/contrast and all that)

Actually I'm using a LCD right now... but b4, I'm using a dual monitor, both CRT and LCD, that's before my CRT die on me
Try this: You can use your VideoCard features (If you have one)
Im using a G-Force 7300GT NVIDIA graphic card and I calibrate my monitor using its features (color correction)

Actually calibration has everything to do with it. There's a tool called Spyder that helps you properly calibrate a monitor, be it CRT or LCD. I haven't played with it yet due to being poor, but maybe you can check it out. There's different versions for different prices.
